2.3 Registration Process

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.5 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pinoybet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. pinoybet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses or winnings.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pinoybet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pinoybet will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pinoybet support immediately. pinoybet will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of such investigation. pinoybet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure
pinoybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any activity that pinoybet reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform. 3.4 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pinoybet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you prior to any deduction. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will remain accessible upon reactivation of the Account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pinoybet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pinoybet's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount on pinoybet is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. pinoybet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. pinoybet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
pinoybet is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. pinoybet may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any Account suspected of such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on pinoybet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Credits must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
pinoybet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings voided.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
pinoybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players as promptly as reasonably practicable.
6.1 Placement of Bets
All bets placed on pinoybet are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. pinoybet shall not be liable for any errors made by a Player in placing a bet, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or game choices.
6.2 Void Bets
pinoybet reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, manifest pricing errors, suspected match-fixing or integrity violations, or where a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
6.3 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game session, pinoybet will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. pinoybet's decision in such matters is final.

All content on the pinoybet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of pinoybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pinoybet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinoybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
pinoybet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pinoybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
